The body stays young with Eastern maintenance.

Korean technology and cosmetics, Chinese ritual and hospitality, around the corner.
Korean and Chinese skincare has become a fast-growing trend worldwide. We bring it to Italy in neighbourhood centers: a continuous journey with certified Eastern technologies and protocols, and results you can see.
Beauty care is a continuous journey, month after month: at home you maintain and amplify results with the protocol's Eastern cosmetics; in center you come back once or twice a month for the professional treatment, touch-ups and maintenance support. All included in a single monthly fee.
Compared to traditional nail care: Eastern soothing products and a maintenance protocol to follow at home.
Eastern cosmetic products — creams and serums suited to age and skin type — and a maintenance protocol to follow at home.

All non-invasive, performed by qualified beauticians. A partner doctor oversees the journey when needed.

A K-Beauty Center combines Korean technology and cosmetics with Chinese ritual and hospitality, in a continuous routine: one or two monthly in-center visits for the professional treatment, plus daily home care with dedicated products. Not spot treatments, but a measured monthly journey.
Value is typically estimated as a multiple of the revenue recorded over the last 12 months (between 0.25 and 0.30 times, in the W&W model) or of normalized net profit. The higher the recorded revenue, the higher the value recognised to the owner.
With the W&W model: you sell the majority of the store right away (cash at the notary), stay on as owner for 3 years with a fixed salary plus a share of growth, and after 3 years sell the rest at a value revalued by the store's growth.
Pre-seed is the first funding stage of a startup, when the team forms and the business model is validated: in Italy it typically reaches up to about €500,000, with individual business angels investing between €25,000 and €100,000. W&W K-Beauty Center's pre-seed round is €550k, plus an additional €175k reserve.
Because the Chinese-run nail sector in Italy is in crisis with many owners ready to sell, K-beauty is booming (+250% on Olive Young in Italy), no competitor yet offers a monthly subscription model, and private equity funds are already building beauty chains: the window to get in as a leader is now.
